 Dear all, I have some doubts regarding immobilization of sperm before ICSI, *After immobilization of sperm, within how many mins/sec to inject into the cytolplasm? *May i select & immobilize sperm and shift to another parallel PVP drop as like IMSI procedure then do the ICSI? *If I'm delaying the ICSI procedure after immobilization, this it will make any difference in fertilization? I've this idea in my mind to minimize the exposure of oocytes... Normally i took 10-15 mins for 10 oocytes to inject the sperm..
