1 transfer media 13 August 2010 1
Dear all Our clinic usually transfers embryos on day 3. Right now we usually use cleavage media to transfer. I would like to ask you that should we use blastocyst media to transfer embryos on day 3 instead or which media do you recommend to transfer embryos? Thank you. kriengsak

Re: Transfer media
Hello my dear: This is not point of all about whatever kinds of media used as in embryo transfer procedure. The battling field are volume of fluid and the technique you usher embryos into the catheter that do really matter to embryo retained after ET.
Jaochang Lin Dr. Tsai\'s Women H & IVF Institute

Re: When to do ICSI
Basically within 40 hrs of hCG injection you have to do ICSI.
Phalguni Patro Pragati Hospital

Re: HCG intravenous administration
You can repeat the HCG intramuscular as the clearance is faster in the intravenous route. The maturation will be affected but one should be careful and watch for OHSS if the estradiol is more than 2500pg/ml

Re: Temperature inside the lab
It is supposed to be set at 24 degree celcius.
