News: Hope for post-childhood cancer sperm production Testicular tissue from pre-pubescent boys has been successfully converted to sperm precursor cells. Belgian researchers isolated and froze immature testicular tissue from two pre-pubescent boys. The preserved tissue was thawed out and used to generate spermatogonial cells - an intermediate step towards producing sperm. Dear all, From your experience it is better to buy a Zeiss system with plast DIC and a module for IMSI to be used for bought ICSI and IMSI or to buy separate units with Hoffman for ICSI. I don't have experience with plastic DIC and in my opinion the image is hard to focus for ICSI, images on Hoffman are clearer. What would you suggest me?   Mona [ Reply here ]

Dear all, I have a problem with embryo necrosis, for tha past 5 months  we have 5 patients with total necrosis and lysis of all embryos after transfer in G2 for day 5 embryo culture and I still cannot find the reason. I have cheked everything - t, CO2 of the incubators , they are daily checked, the incubators were cleaned and we had other patients with normaly developing embryos in the same culture medium at the same time.
