Re: Solving the problem?
The problem you mentioned is probably due to some inherant defect in folliculogenesis. You can try a natural cycle IVF or try a prolonged suppression for 6 months and then try stimulation, may work.We had similar experience.

Re: ICSI
If you were quick in performing the ICSI, you can just do it using non-hepes media. otherwise, it is preferreble to do it in hepes buffer media. i personally do it in hepes buffer media

Re: Laser Assisted Hatching
All the embryos after assisted hatching must be thoroughly rinsed in the media and then cultured in a separate micro droplet until transfer as LASER generates heat
