Re: Injection pitette/ ICSI
When you remove ICSI plate from the invertoscope, you can replace it withe a dishe containing only culture oil to prevent dehydration of PVP inside the injection pipette.

Re: Vitrification
Have you looked at the recent paper from Dr. David Edgar regarding increasing cryosurvival?

Re: Query
First of all your pregnancies were biochemical. That is the reason there was initially beta hCG but it did not double in 24 hours.
Your luteal support is a mixture of IM and vaginal. Please stick to one. Either give Gestone 100mg daily or give Crinone. We give Cyclogest 400mg twice daily vaginally.
Look at the endmetrium, if the endometrium is not good you do get this problem.
Lastly look at your culture syste and your lab conditions like contamination, air quality etc.

Re: Assisted Hatching (Please still waiting)
Andrea,
You have to transfer embryos to fresh culture media.
Zona thinning is better than drilling You do not damage the embryo that way.

Re: Re: Assisted Hatching (Please still waiting)
Thank you all for your help.
But i didnt get yet the point why do i need to transfer the embryos back to another fresh drop. I do the assisted hatching using laser in the culture medium: in ISM1 (Medicult) or cleavage (COOK) medium and not in a special medium for hatching.
