News: Mother's age linked to autism risk A woman having a child at 40 has a 50 per cent greater chance of having a child diagnosed with autism than a woman of 25-29, a study has found. 	Please can anyone suggest training for an embryologist, for cleavage stage and tropoductum biopsy .... followed by fixatation. Also, what do you suggest for blastocyst biopsy media?? Is it the same as what you are using for Day 3 biopsy?? I tried to do a day 5 biopsy but as soon as i break tropo with needle the Blastocyst collapses !! is this is normal? Finally what should I do with a hatched blastocyst? If it is hatched can I still can do a biopsy? Thank you shrenik [ Reply here ]

I've used the halosperm technique for DNA fragmentation in sperm, especially when embryos decline after day 3 (sperm DNA manifests itself after day 3), also when I have repeated ICSI failure . I'm really deceived because my results are very controversial (as are results in many studies).
