Re: Co2 incubator
Cleaning an incubator has a two fold task. Remove dirt and kill any microorganism. First, to the degree required, disassemble the interior racks to allow easy access to every part. To remove any dirt and grime, as well as any offending chemical, we clean ours with a simple mixture of \"Quats\" in a dilute sterile reagent water solution. These are a combination of wetting agents and sterilizing agents. Second, after using this cleaner we follow with a rinse of sterile reagent water followed by wiping the entire surface with 70% ET-OH. Rinse with sterile reagent water. Third, the final rinse is 6 % hydrogen peroxide. The beauty here is that the hydrogen peroxide not only disinfects it leaves no toxic residue since it breaks down into water and oxygen. Reassemble and equilibrate to temperature and pH requirements

Re: Blood or mucus
ET under the USG guidance and placeing the embryos just below the fundus might help a lot
DPankar Banerji Ideal fertility

Re: Blood or mucus
It might not be entirely possible but what i do is to initialy suck out the mucous, if copious, from the cervix with an IUI catheter before transfer. If you have an idea of the uterine depth you should be able to avoid hitting the fundus and thus reduce bleeding.

Re: Micro TESE Freezing
You could try this artcle:

Re: Clevage arrest
Kindly get your incubator calibarated and see the humidity, or water level in the incubator.
