Re: EU regulations for embryologists-certifications
The following updates the original response given to this question about certification for embryologists in the UK: The HFEA\'s current (as at Sept 08) Code of Practice requires clinics to be licensed to carry out IVF (and ICSI) but does not certify embryologists. For further information see the \'For Clinics\' section of www.hfea.gov.uk. You could also contact the Association of clinical Emrbyologists - www.embryologists.org.uk or visit the Health Professions Council http://www.hpc-uk.org
