	I will be very grateful if somebody can help me. This is the situation: I can get fertilization and cell division, but the embryos presents fragmentatation. I obtain grade II or III embryo quality and occasionaly grade I. I would like to know which can be the posible reason and solution for that. Some details: - I am using medicult médium : *flushing for aspiration and transfer *IVF for fertilization and cleavage -Culturing on well dishes for fertilization with 100.000 esperm and tranfer.. 	In our Lab we had a couple, the lady aged 33 years and undergoing her second ICSI cycle. Her first attempt was unsuccessful and in her second trial, out of the 7 oocytes collected, 4 were with brownish yellowish zona and the cytoplasm was pale yellow. The zona looked as though it was dark brownish yellow and she had 13 days of stimulation.In her previous attempt also she have had 13 days of stimulation. the cytoplasm looks normal and she developed good quality embryos from both her good oocytes .. 	Hi We are regularly doing 30-40 cycles every month. In last month batch i found majority of oocytes were showing dark granylarity in central region and around 30% of them were showing vacuoles also. What ever embryos are formed are of good quality grade I embryo but no prgnency achieved. Do some one has same experiance in there practice. What would be wrong here in this case. Re: Mini galaxy incubator door failures
Hi 1st prob top half of inner door fell off after decon. Bottom half did likewise after next decon. Also equip tends to be difficult to confirm CO2 levels, alledgely because sampling port is beside CO2 inlet port therefore may tend to give falsely high readings. Apart from these it\'s fine..
