	Did anyone have situation like this?I used for cultivation to the stage of blastocyst commercial medium Medicult IVF and ISM2. I refresh culture every day. Everything was ok. Good rates of fertilization good quality of embryos on day 2 and day 3. But on day 4 in some embryos started degeneration process like darkness and embyos who reached stage of morula on day 5 started to change and didn't reached blastocyst stage. Incubator is set on 5,8% CO2 and 37 C,rH 90% . Could anyone give me some ad.. Ana [ Reply here ]

Dear colleague, recently our clinic has founded the European School of ART which offers several courses and hands-on workshops for both embryologists and clinicians. This institution is recognized by the Austrian Society for Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology as well as the Embryological Forum Austria. All courses are by certified personnel (ESHRE). Re: Fructose estimation
The most easy method is to determine fructose using Saliwanoffs reagent. It is a qualitative estimation depends upon the colouration development.

Re: Freezing protocols
Sir, appropos your inquiry as regards the cryopreservation of embryos, i state that i have been doing slow freezing since past seven years at the rate of 20 freezes a month. The freezer is Cryologic and the model no is CL 863. The subsequent thaw s have given me pregnancy rates nearly equal to fresh transfers at times. Now a days various new medels are avilable. The embryo programmes mentioned are ideal. It would be lengthy to write the entire programme in details over here. Thanks

Re: REGARDING CO2 INCUBATOR
It would be unwise to rate any incubator, but still as per my opinion,( without having a grudge against others) the leadr in incubators is FORMA. It has all the characteristics required fore it to be an ideal one. Its sturdiness, precission all deserve to be appreciated.

Try by setting CO2 at 5.0% instead of 5.8%.
