I had a bad experience with such oocytes. you have to be very gentle during ICSI. it might be related to stimulation period, the pressure at which oocytes were aspirated. all the best.

Re: multinucleated blastomeres
I would like to say that I saw such embryos, multinucleated blastomeres. we transferred the embryos back to the patient, and the patient got pregnant but unfortunately, she had first trimester missed abortion. Yes, I assure that it is uncommon to see such embryos. This patient had a previous first trimester missed abortion with natural pregnancy.
